The PCS Diary: Part Two

It is always important to hand carry certain documents, Please never trust anyone but your self with these documents and have copies made (to be keep at a location that you can trust, like with a family member).

The Check list:

• ORDERS
• Marriage License
• Social Security Card
• Medical Records
• Birth certificates.
• If you are traveling with children also include school records, immunization records

Other Items that are good to Hand Carry

• Extra clothes for trip that are easily accessible
• A traveling first aid kit
• Organizer for Receipts
• Jewelry, Never ship important Jewelry
• Cash, checkbook, and cards
